Has anyone seen the numbers on the KenneBell SC for the 4.7l. As tested 270 rwhp @5800rpm. You can get almost 240rwhp with a few mods. ex 72mm TB, PCM flash, 3' exhaust, HO cams/intake. This doesn't make sense. I would think 305rwhp or better bone stock. They show a made up dyno further down the page that says +123 horspower but the independent test says 270rwhp. I have been waiting a year to buy a SC but now I think I should have just bought a HEMI.

30% for drive line loss is about 351/hp at the crank same as a hemi but still a lighter truck

where did you get 30% loss? It's around 15, 20 at the
most. the Kenne Bell makes more power with more
mods, an exhaust and a TB makes that SC very happy.
