I'm thinking of adding a throttle body spacer, power pulley and a performance muffler to my 97 3.9. I live in Ontario Canada where we have emission test every 2 years will these modifications effect this test?

First off, the TB Spacers do absolutely nothing for HP or MPG on these engines. (Myself and several others have Dyno and Track tested them already.) Save you're money on the spacer. As for the pulley's, they shouldn't since they don't affect the emissions systems at all. On the performance muffler...again, they don't affect the emissions systems at all. (Sound regulations might be affected...if that's checked in Canada.)
