my 02 cc ran 15.71 with no mods exept removing the snorkle that goes in to the fender from the filter box. sounds like you have some traction problems. Mine cut a 2.09 60 foot with the good year rsa`s

Get rid of the TB spacer. It doesn't help. And open your exhaust up to 3". What you might want to get next is either the K&N GenII FIPK, or ported throttle body.

The TB spacer was free so even if it doesn't help I like the sound... Traction was a big thing and the fast time was easing out of the hole....

Ever think the TB spacer might actually be slowing you down?? I mean, what good does swirling the air do when it hits the bottom of theintake manifold. Might actually cause more turbulance and decreas power. Also, the fins sticking out to swirl the air are actually resricting the air flow slightly. If you are disappointed with your times, I was merely suggesting removing parts that don't help any. But if you want to keep it in, more power to you.

HSKR never thought of it that way before....good point may have to take it out and see what happens when I take it to the track. But for the street...I think I like the sound LOL.

Thanks for the advice.

I ran 15.1 with an 02 Club Cab R/T on my first time at the track. My first run was my worst at 15.3 and 15.1 was my best. My only mods are a 360Z CAI and I removed the clutch fan.
