Does anyone know where I can find a cam and lifter set for a 98 2.5L? got a lifter that won't prime, 145,000 mi. other than that motor is great and still has as much power as it did new. just afraid lifter will eventually make flat spot on cam if it hasn't already. any help locating a cam and lifter set would be very appreciated. Thanks

p.s mods: no cat,relocated ait sensor,cone air filter strapped onto tb,I know, it's just 1/2 a motor.

i bet they are flat tappet. i think with roller you can just put in a new lifter and break in is not a big deal.

Not that easy. Theres no lifter gallery acces plate on the magnum L-4, therefor the head must be removed and the lifters pulled out with a grabbing tool, also I plan on replacing all of them as to avoid repeating the pain. and while I was at it i want to replace the cam also. but in reply to the first reply to my post, I can't even find jeep cam and lifter set's. I just want stock . but higher lift and longer duration would be acceptable as long as cost is not too high.
Thanks........
