I practiced what I preach, and re-installed my clutch fan b/c I took it to the dealer this am, to have them check my ball joints while under warranty!

I've said it takes about 30 secs to thread back on, well it took me about a minute, but it was dark on my driveway. (didn't want them saying anything about it not being there)

ANYWAY,

with the fan back on I noticed:
-weighed about 5-8lbs, when I picked it off my shelf in my garage-ROTATING WEIGHT!!!!
-more fan noise-duh
-kinda seemed like it acted as a flywheel effect- and didn't respond or change RPM as quickly as without it
-@6am, ~70deg F, the gauge stayed where it always is w/o the belt fan, with or w/o the A/C-turns on elec. fan. I do have the 180 t-stat
-Seemed as it took a little more throttle to go same speed on hwy.

when the truck comes back-fans coming off again.

Summary-
temp the same as without it
flywheel effect
