Subject: Dual exhaust ?'s

Message:
I am looking to dual my dak off here in the very near future and was looking for some sound advice pertaining to the cats and O2's. I have found some o2 simulator's which keep the check engine light from coming on - but do they actually tell the engine if it is burning lean or rich? As far as I know they just keep the check engine light from coming on. I would really like to get rid of my cats and just have flowmasters (true dual) going straight out the back - but I don't want any check engine or service engine soon light coming on. Any advice would be appreciated
