Subject: Quick HP & Torque Q

Message:
In your opinions how much HP & Torque do you think I will have by adding these mods to my STOCK V6:

Flowmaster 50 magnaflow dual out(with 2.25 in. pipes-already put on), Volant air intake, ASP crank pulley, 180 degree thermostat and V8 TB.

I was hoping to get a total of 205 HP, and 235 Torque.

Any guesses are very appreciated.

I am not too worried about increases in HP, I just want the Torque, that way i can at least look fast from light to light - faster take offs.

Any other guesses?

If it makes you feel any better 220 torque at the wheels is close to 275 at the crank.

i know but i was talking about at the crank, cause for my V6 it has 190 stock, plus those mods, is what i was getting at

Here's another Q for ya guys. Which should i buy first: seeings how i buy things one at a time over a month to month basis.
Either the Crank Pulley - $70
the Volant Intake - $250 +
or the V8 TB - $220
I was leaning towards the crank pulley cause it's cheaper, but if the TB makes that much more difference maybe i should wait and save up for that.

Thanks again

Couldn't you save some of that hard earned money, and make your own intake like us 4.7 guys do? Just wondering?

Cal Dak -- what engine do you have? Reason i ask is because the 3.9 does not have 190 horeses, it only has 175 horses stock and 225 ft/lbs of torque

I was just wondering the same thing. If it came with 175 hp and 225 ft/lbs torque then at the crank, since that's what you wanna know, you should have about 215 horsepower and 265 ft/lbs of torque.

The 4.7l throttle bodies won't work on the 3.9 V6.
