 Subject: Fireing order HELP HELP

Help.
I changed the distribur in a 5.9 and i think that i mixed up a wire. Can some one please let me know the correct fireing order from plug to distributer. Please help. Also can you tell me which plug is where on the engine. Thanks.

The fireing order on a mopar small v8 is ,
1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 , on the Right side of the motor , its cylnders 1,3,5,7, on left side , 2,4,6,8 , any more quesions , you can e-mail me

The driver-side bank is 1,3,5,7. Normally, "1" is marked on the cap as well. If not, stick a cork in the #1 hole (remove the plug first) and disconnect the coil wire. Turn the engine over a little bit at a time and listen when the cork "Pops". Then, pull the cap off and it'll be close to #1.

Cool J, the answer to your question is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. The exact same as the 5.2/5.9 Mopar. Except the distributor in the Mopar turns the opposite way from a Chevy.
