Done the cams, got em when they were still $55 each. The HO intake, many like it. Some said they lost low end, but more gains up top. Many say no low end loss, but more up top.

Someone even posted dyno's, and state that the loss in low end is just a 'myth'.

I'l like replies from those that have both, especailly those that did the two mods at different times. And maybe the link to the dynos of cams, and intake and cams.

All for our beloved 4.7's. Mines a 5speed, and I think I could really benefit from the increase up top, since I can shift when I want to.

I was thinking abuot getting the H.O. Intake Manifold too. I just had cams put in a few days ago and noticed top end could now use a little boost. From what I dug up with the search function I don't know if it'd be worth it. I guess I'm 50/50 on it. Could go either way.

There seems to be some debate on whether or not you lose any low and, and even some debate as to whether or not you really benefit at all from it. I think for now I'll pass.

And on a side note, why is it a High Output Intake Manifold? Wouldn't it be better to call it a High Intake Manifold? Or maybe I'm just rambling.
