There is not that much interest in our older models, I have a 1990 TBI. Only mods I've done is thermostat and plugs. I'm thinking about getting a less restrictive air cleaner and exhaust. Here are links to threads with details. Good luck.

Here is what I had done to my old one:

Open element 14x2" filter, K&N, nice seemed to help
Hollow Cat
2 1/4" turbo muffler with a dump (noisy)
Accel 50k Volt coil
accel 8mm wires (custom set)
Good plugs
advanced dist

These things woke it up quite a bit but ruined the bottom end a bit... But they did allow me to kill the sprag on an A500 tranny...

have any of you guys looked into swapping in a little bit higher CFM carb. I know on all the chev's I've tinkered with that is somethin we always do and it really wakes them up.
