 Subject: help w/hypertech

yesterday i got my pp3 hooked it all up and installed it, but i wasnt able to change my top speed limter, rev limiter, or my octane to where i want it to be like it shows in the manual.. what the hell?? should i call hypertech.. what should i do?

call hypertech and talk to their tech. when i had problems with mine they were very responsive. i had to ship mine back for recalibration and they fixed it and sent it back in less than 2 weeks.
