Has anybody tried NSD digital 6 plus ignition on an rt? Could u tell a descent gain? would it be better than MSD 6AL?

The Digital 6 Plus is your best choice if you are running a blower or spray. Otherwise, I'd go with the 6AL or even the 6A if you don't need the rev limiter.

Ok so 6AL. What kind of gains can i expect with this? Is it worth the 200? Does it actuallly help with fuel economy like it says?

It's got a low draw and more spark than the analog units. It's got two rev limiters and it's got a built retard if you are running spray or a blower. It's also a lot smaller and easier to squeeze in if room is tight in your engine bay.
