Hey guys - Can someone clear up a couple of things for me? I want to get either the mopar chip, or the Hypertech Programmer III. Here are the questions:
1.) If I get the hypertech, will the original PCM "Learn Around" the settings?
2.) If I get the Mopar Chip, do I need to have the dealer do something with the VIN#?
00 RT Bone Stock for now (I bought the truck last week).

it wont be a mopar chip it is a whole pcm. It will be the best way for you to go. I also think you mean are you gonna have to have it flashed by a dealer to your mileage? I think you will if you want to turn off a few annyoing lights on oyur dash. I ahve notread about any gains with the hypertech III yet so I would not reccomend it but maybe somone else knows more about it.
