 Subject: Help - Hypertech Code

I tried to use my Hypertech PPIII for the first time today and received an error code 62. I could not get past the first step where the machine reads my computer. On the first attempt, the screen said it was changing the BAUD rate. On attempt number two, it gave me the error code and a number to call. Any ideas?

Gentlemen, I must appologize. I posted my thread before checking the archives and have now found my mistake. It seems that the doors must be shut during installation because just as others have done, I to tried to install with open doors and failed. Once I tried with doors closed, everything worked like it should.
I must say I am pleased with my purchase. I have only made a few runs since the install, but I can tell a difference. This weekend I will record some runs with the G-Tech and do a before and after comparison. I am still not the fastest thing on the road, but I have gotten faster.
