If you buy an F&B throttle body, you will likely need an "S" bolt to reattach the airhat. Allegedly, you can also turn the stock airhat attachment stud upside down, but I didn't like that and chose to make my own "S" bolt. I followed the dimensions on the diagram that's on the webpage link in the previous post, which is a copy of the diagram off of Speedtweak's website, but they weren't exactly right for my TB and airhat. The "S" bolt came out too long, and I had to cut some off of it. You can see the "S" bolt on the F&B TB on my webpage at...

I just made an S-bolt for my 5.9 this evening and I found out that the specs from the link above were wrong also. Mine ended up being about 3 1/8 inches total length.
