Josh, different motors respond differently to different mods.
I"ve got an 01, 4.7, 5spd.
My best mod for the money was HO cams-$110 for the pair.
I've ported my 68mm TB with a dremel, I think I would need a got dyno sheet to see the gains there.
180 deg, T-stat, I know it helps overall, but you don't feel anything.
AIT adj.-after a while, trips a mil, which goes off by itself awhile after you shut it off.
But, my BEST MOD, cost zippo, nadda, goose egg,
was to get rid of my belt fan/clutch!- Much better low end and throttle response!
Home brew air with K&N drop in-more sound, again, probably need dyno results.
