Subject: How and where do I relocate my IAT senor

Hey everyone I have a quick question that has been in the back of my mind for a while. Everyone has been talking about relocating their IAT sensor to add greater throttle response. I was wondering if anyone could guide me in doing this. Thanks

I have a SS tube for my intake (a quick D if anyone else knows what that is) and I brazed in a 1/4" NPT female bung and just threaded it into that. I placed it about 8" in front of the TB and noticed a slight difference. I am hoping to build and install my IAT adjuster this weekend (wife permitting)...

IAT sensor is located on the intake manifold at the #2 cylinder intake runner. This is front right side. After removing sensor and locating it on the air intake tube make sure you plug the hole on the intake. This is on a 99 318 for sure. Hope this helps.
