ive got a '99 5.2 v8 and im looking for some mods to do. ive already got exhaust and a cold air intake. What else would you suggest.

I would suggest a throttle body.If you're looking for a little things to do, go with an IAT adjuster.

Actually, going to a set of 1.7:1 roller rockers will gain you more HP then the TB will, for about the same money.
Also, make sure that you replace the factory 195 degree Tstat with a 180,
