I have a 1991 R/C dak witht the 318 tbi I was wondering if there is a way i can get rid of the govenor on it. i top out at 98mph I asked the dealership if they knew anything about flashing it or even getting rid of it. I would like to set it up for street/strip I have teh A500 4spd auto

I'm pretty sure there is a Mopar PCM for your truck.
If not, there should be a few places that can do custom flashes for you.

I have talked to mopar performance and they makes nothing for my truck because of it being a premag and the first year for the V8 and the fact that i cant do much with the engines because the comps limits for certain things is so small that it will throw it off

Go carburated, that will take care of it. Change out the intake manifold and the TBI and replace it with a 4BBL. Should do pretty good then.
