well, i finally did the TPS mod. i was not in a big hurry to do it since my voltage was at 0.65V, but i figured it was for free, so i did it.

i have noticed that most people stick around the .075 range. why is that? i took mine up to .91V and i cant complain.

is there something bad with going too high?

I tripped the MIL and I took mine down rom 8.84 to 7.45.

Kota I would take it back down to the recommended voltage between .7 and .75.
I think this is the most optimal for when the PCM learns it. I have had it done for a week, and noticed it to get better everyday, and it seems like it is reached it's peak.

Set mine on 9-6-02 ('02 4.7 CC) from .65 to .79. Now 600+ miles later, no MIL and fine response. Can't say I noticed that much of a difference. Maybe a little. Gas mileage went down from "testing" throttle response. :-)

Bleeding in the gash on my thumb finally stopped too! Be careful drilling out those sleeves!
