I recently bought a 2000 4.7 cc slt I am wanting to now turn it in to a power machine I am wanting some advice on what I should do I want go ahead and do something with the exhaust and was wonder if a flow master cat back and removed cat would be a good idea or should I get a high flow cat I am planning on getting the kb supercharger in a few months so I don't really want to mess with intake since it will be useless is there anything else I should do before I get the supercharger kit? thanks any info is appreciated.

Well,

Before you add a S/C, change the exhaust, highflow catback, you will also want to add headers prior to the S/C.

This is probably the basics,

I'm looking at purchasing a S/C also, and have changed my Throttle body to 70mm, I know some people in preperation for the S/C are adding the 72mm. In addition to my gibson catback and gibson headers i'm installing an HO camshaft and the EHO cylinder heads so that I can take full advantage of the S/C. I didn't see any since in adding a super charger to a bunch of stock parts, I might as well get all the performance out of the truck I can prior to adding the charger.

These are things you may look at doing prior to adding the S/C.
