I'm not too familiar with the 4.7L, but I -do- know it's an overhead cam. As such, I'd probally be looking into replacing the cams with the HO models, maybe changing the Throttle Body... I don't know if there is an intake available for that engine yet.

There are intakes under developement from KRC and other sites, and the Jeep HO Intake will help out a bit AFTER you thrown in the Jeep HO Cams. Of course, it also helps to have a higer than stock flowing exhaust.
