I'm wandering why all your 2WD are running so slow in the 1/8th. I run a 10.16 with 3.55 gears, new intake, throttle body spacer, dual exhaust, JBA headers, and weighing in at 4480 lbs!
So what is the problem. I just did a few more things, but I won't get to the track until 9/11.
I'll let you know how I do.

I've had no problems either. This is my best 1/4 mile run ever.

60ft: 2.335
330ft: 6.415
mid MPH: 70.31
660ft: 9.874
990ft: 12.743
1/4 mile: 15.34@88.01mph!!

This is in a '99 Club Cab 4x4, 5.2L, 5-speed, 3.55LSD. Mods: K&N FIPK, Spintech exhaust, Hurst shifter, 180 thermostat. I was only able to break 15.30's once though...the rest of runs were in the 15.60-15.70 range.

You might have started out with 175 hp, but what you'll eventually end up with is little chunks of piston in the exhaust pipe.......

;~)

Plus I don't have to refill a bottle to go 9.34's....

;~) again.....

LOL! yep! but not with the 100 shot though. when i had my truck dynoed the a/f reading was perfect and i have checked my compression and its still good. BUT.... if i get nitrous again i swear i am gonna throw in the 150 shot pills to see what happens

:::mushroom cloud over DFW:::

yep... and then i can buy a V8 and do it all over again! woo hoo!!!!!

you know i see something you could get rid of to drop weight

"throttle body spacer"
means "what performance it does give you it balanced by the extra weight it adds to the truck"
