Hey, i have the overhead console with the little computer in it. Has anyone ever taken theirs off??.. i want to take it off so i can paint it the same color as my truck, but am afraid of messing something up... so has anyone ever tried??.. im pretty sure it just pops off, but what worries me is the computer.. i dont want to mess it up.

Remove the screw at the front of the console and pull gently till the console pops off. I don't have the computer, but it should just unplug. I'd make sure the ignition is off.
