 Subject: 4.7 quad-cab 2001, need help with mods

I have a 2001 quad cab dakota with 4.7 and All-wheel Drive. What I really need is better gas milage.
I was thinking k&n air intake, Duel Exost(cat-back) New plugs, wires, coil.. I'm looking for some recommendations.. who out here knows there stuff?
360 better than K&n? intence performance air intakes better?? what brand of exost?? Or should I have someone custom install flowmasters
I'm not looking to hurt the life of my engine, I don't beat on it, I'm jsut looking for more gas milage through performance..

i would recommend the Shaker hood, not only
does it get you 17-25 extra horses and sounds
mean as hell, but it took me from having to fill up at 265 miles to 300.
but it is kind of expensive so it jsut depends on what your looking to spend.
