I have a K&N fuel injection performance kit with all the parts for sale. It fits the 2000 and up R/T $75 plus shiping. My cost new was $250.K&N says it will give you a nice increase in horse ppower.

I think it may fit a 99. There was an issue with the cruise control on the 2000 and K&N had to provide an additional bracket to change the location of the cruise control. I think the air tube , filter and heat sheild are the same. I can't say for sure, but I think it will work. Maybe someone can help with the answer.

If nobody has jumped on this yet they are pretty stupid. $75 is a steal for a K&N GenII for the 5.2/5.9 engines. It will fit 97-02 engines and is probably one of the best on the market for those engines.
