I have a 2001 4.7L and am curious about you
removing the cat. I can only find 1 on my
exhaust.
Do you guys get any engine lights etc...
wouldn't that affect the 02 sensor?
Any info, especially with the 4.7 would be
great.

If you only have one cat then get a O2 simm box to correct the check engine light problem.

02 SIMM box?? I guess that's sort of like the MIL eliminators on the Mustangs?? Just tricks the computer?

Where can you get them? How much?

Where does it install?

After I add the supercharger, I want to have the exhaust end taken care of. We have no emmission inspections here in Carolina, and I will be removing it totally. Did you have to reset the computer after cuttin it off?

Thanks

Just go to speedtweaks they have been backlogged latly though. I did reset my computer when I did the exhaust because it is a fairly big change in upper RPM breathing.

just like the mil eliminator for the mustang. and like the mustang you can build your own just use a 650k resistor instead of a 1 megawatt resistor.
