I read somewhere that the fabtech kit for the 01 2WD dakotas won't work with the OEM wheels because of the backspace. Can't find where I read it so I don't know the max backspace they allow. Anyone know this?
Also, what's the backspace on the OEM 16x8 wheels?

The lift allows a maximum of 3.75".

Backspacing is the distance from the inside edge of the rim to the inside plane where you bolt the wheel on (I think). I too am curious about the stock backspacing. I estimate about 4.5"-5".
