For low end to mid, look for some with smaller tubes and short runners to keep the exhaust gas velocity high and give you good cylinder scavenging. Gibson makes 'em as well as a few others, but there's not a huge selection out there yet. Don't forget about the rest of the exhaust system. As a minimum you'd also want to do a catback system. In addition, if you're gonna get fumes out of an engine, you gotta get it in there as well-do what you can on the intake side. Do a search for "dodge performance parts" and you'll get numerous hits.
