 Subject: T/B , rockers and covers ?

Got a 02 R/T and im getting ready to buy a F&B tb , Crower 1.7 rockers and add the mopar black valve covers to go along with my Gen 2 air filter, 180 t.stat and Dyno Max muff. all ready on..!st question, What kind of increase in hp am I looking at ? 2nd who's got the best prices on these parts ? 3rd I've heard some guys say the black valve covers leak around the oil filler because of the lack of a oil baffle, don't they come with one or do you have to buy it extra ?

I went from a 208RWHP 288TQ to 227RWHP 304TQ with the following mods:
Mopar Performance PCM
Mopar Headers with 2.5" Tru Dual Exhaust include Full Flo Cats
52 MM F & B TB
