Tell me how on earth the 2002 R/T dyno'd at 154 rwhp on Paxton's dyno. The truck was a club cab, and still ran 15.5 1/4 mile? Truck trend should really see how a CC with 154 rwhp ran a 15.5!!! sounds like crap since my stock 99 made 220 hp at thr rear.

"We added a super vortex spiral wound TB spacer and new Polygraphite chromoly muffler bearings and picked up over 50 RWHP!!!!"
"That's amazing!"

The only way to know anything for sure is to do it yourself...

Hell, I'd be showing my truck off as the first 4000 thousand pound vehicle with only 150 horse that can run mid 15 second times... geez, low 15's in some cases.

With a little slide ruler math, you should see about 235hp at the rear wheels providing you have a "Lead sled" like mine tipping the scales @4500lbs with driver and 17% loss in the drivetrain. (just guessing)

Either the dyno operator didn't set it up properly, the R/T was a "dud" from the factory, or they are in fact messing with the numbers.

Average "bone stock" HP from the 1998-2001 R/T's is 190-200RWHP. Headers, Intake, Throttle Body, and Exhaust can put you at 220-230RWHP.

Could also be a very green engine. This would not account for all of the "missing" horsepower, but I know the difference between a 500 mile engine and a 5,000 mile engine can be significant.
