Keep it simple - the best are not the most expensive. Go with Xenon/Halogen - no stupid blue trix - blue (fake HID) bulbs put out LESS light and the color is actually worse for driving.

I went with GE cool blue 22.00 PR, work well, are a 70/60 watt verse the stock 65/55 watt.and the light is more white, and these are D.O.T approved, street legal. comes with a small paper that says so.
