I am looking for a little better performance.
I think I want the MSD Blaster coil but KRC says it isn't a direct fit. Any different fit?
SHout I get the Ignition 6A also?
How is the Accel coil? Something better??

I about to order the taylor wires.

well if your looking for performance gains i wouldnt rely on a MSD ignition system, let alone a blaster ss coil, unless you have a s/c, nitrous, or a heavily modified NA engine the MSD wont give you any power, it will smoothen out the whole powerband though.

I have a BlasterSS coil and an MSD 6TN with the Super Conductor wires. It works well. I had to make a mount for the coil. MSD now makes a direct bolt-on coil for Dodge trucks. I forget the # though. Look in a recent Mopar magazine.

Flame Red, I could not find the pix of your coil. I did see the one under your hood. If possible, I would like to know parts numbers of each for everything you have. How did your mpg, etc... increase?
And cost for all?

Utoypia, I bought an Accel stock replacement coil for my RT and have been very happy. The part number was 140021, I think. Check on it. The only thing is you have to buy a harness adapter, 140021AH, I think. I also have the MSD 6A; it did little for performance but my truck idles good and throttle response is awesome! My mileage, with Champion truck plugs, is about 16 overall.

Hope this helps...

I got my 6TN from ManciniRacing.com It has the NASCAR plug and a plug in for a tach adapter. There isn't really much difference from the 6AL.
Just checkoout Mancini
