well i finally got my front bumper done (used one i got and repainted due to bad rust that was on mine) so i was finally able to take the dak on a test drive with the new parts all in her. (been off the road since wednesday)
i put in the autolite 3923's, taylor wires, 180 degree thermostat, accel cap and rotor.

I must say though that these little upgrades really brought the dak back to life. i was a little lax on doing the tune-up (alot of miles more than i should have let it go) i still cant believe how much she just wants to go when i give her the gas. i can feel myself being pushed into my seat!!!!!!

yeah,
the 180 t-stat was 5.99 at autozone. the taylor wires were 47.00 (at a speedshop), the accel cap and rotor were 30.00 (canadian funds for this piece) and the autolites were 1.94 for 2 at walmart.
it really made a big difference in my trucks performance, but then again mine was overdue for this overhaul. im not sure how old your vehicle is or when the last tune up was, but the increase might not feel as significant to you as mine was to me.

hope this helps

missed one

I did 3923s @ .040 , taylor wires , accel brass cap and rotor. no difference whatsoever.

I dont see how people can say, "oh i can feel the difference" unless they are in dire need of a tune-up. But just knowing you have that stuff on is kinda cool.
