 Subject: Code P1281???

No mil light I was just checking today Says engine coolant temp remains below normal operating temperatures. Wierd since I removed the clucth fan a while ago. Is this possibly something to do with the IAT adjuster? I have tried turning it on and off and it has not tripped the MIL but is this related?

P1281 - ENGINE IS COLD TOO LONG
TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test P0125 - CLOSED LOOP TEMPERATURE NOT REACHED.
WHEN MONITORED
The ignition key ON, engine running.
SET CONDITION
The engine does not warm to 176 °F while driving for 20 minutes after start.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Low coolant level
Thermostat
ECT sensor (out of calibration/high resistance in related circuit)
1997 Dodge Dakota SLT - V6
Supercharged/Intercooled @ 10# w/Nitrous
14.55 @ 96.01mph

acts just as it always has and it has not happened again, just a fluke? i have a new t-stat but don't want to change that if i have to especially now that i have a broken bolt phobia lol
