I just got an '02 QC in april. Would like to do a catback on it to make it sound more aggressive. I definetly want to do a single in/ single out. Should i go with 2 1/2 or 3 inch catback? The exhaust would be the only mod for now,and i'm not looking to make it a race truck. Just sound like one.Any help would be appreciated. '02 QC, 4.7, 3.92, 4x4

3" from the catback will leave you more options if you decided to upgrade things later on. There is no reason to get a complete 2 1/2 catback you might as well just change out the muffler in that case and save yourself some money. You can get a quality high performance muffler installed for under $100.

Don't expect a big HP gain, it is mostly done to achieve an agressive sound and let your engine breath better for future improvements.
