I want to port my TB but have only 1 question;
Do I need to buy a new TB gasket or can I reuse the existing one?

Should be able to reuse the old one they are just a rubber gasket.

According to what I've seen, you can reuse your gasket. I purchased a new one for mine ($3.50) just to be safe, but when I removed the TB, the old one looked ok.

I reused mine with no problems. That was about 10,000 miles ago so you should be OK
