i am about to leave for the track to get a factory base line for my 2002 4.7 auto cc 4x2. wish me luck. only mods are a bed liner and a soft tonnue cover.

I ran once pretty well last night, the best out of
the two was a 10.6 in the 1/8th...okay for no
traction and bad reaction time

yup...thursday TNT....first time ever racing, and
first time ever at Irwindale,
I willl prob go back, I just hope there's not so
many people next time, we didnt start racing
until 9:00 cause of the wait. (got there at 6:30)
only got two runs in, beat the stang on the first
one, then smoked my tires almost all the way
down on the second run :(
I ran a best of
10.613 @67.39mph
R/T 1.382
60' 2.514
I am embarrassed to post the second run...
13.450 @55.14

60' 3.603
better reaction time the second time, but I
think i lost half of my "tire" on the track, will buy
a LS unit next.
My brother in laws s-runner was running
consistent 9.6 he put on the supercharger
that morning, I think his traction problem was
worse than mine.

best time of the night was 16.4@ \81 mph with no tailgate tonnue cover or spare tire. couldn't get traction last night.
