I'm in the process of getting replacement shocks for my '99 5.2 CC 4x2 with the Sport Plus Package. I looked at Bilsteins (expensive) and Edelbrock Performers (ditto).
Any ideas?

I have the edelbrock performers for my 01 cc 4x2 and I like them but I don't have a lot of shock experiences. I know the performer ias are definitly better than stock.

A couple other popular choices are the Monroe SensaTracks and Rancho's RS5000's or RS9000's.
I don't know much about the Monroes...they are just a popular brand in the Durango 4x2 crowd.
The RS5000's are a firmer shock, but not brutally firm.
The 9000's are definitely more money, but the ability to change your ride quality is definitely nice.
