 Subject: stuttering in 1st

my 3.9 Ext. cab 1995 dakota has a little stutter off the start and i was wondering what could cause that to happen.. i just replaced the air filter. suggestions please....i don't wanna keep on losing.

I'd probally try running some fuel injector cleaner through it, and checking the condition of the Spark Plugs, wires, and cap/rotor.
