Anyone know how to get rid of the brake dust or eliminate it from getting on the rims every three days?

The dust is from the brake pad compound. You could get different pads that are low dust.

However, the sacrafice is less stopping power and or a lower heat range. Once the pad goes over the heat range you get brake fade. Under the temp and it doesn't work well.

There is allot to brake pads. I suggest waxing your wheels so the dust comes off easier till you figure out what pad is going to work best.

There are actually disks that you can put on that go inside the rims and they will "block" the brake dust from coming out. I can't remember the specific name or where you can get them, but an auto parts store should know.

Get a good set a semi-metallic pads. The OEM pads aren't good on any new vehicle.

I also have a weak brake pedal. Its not firm like my friends. I have a 2001 QC 4x4. I rebuilt the whole truck and had to bleed the brakes myself. Do I need to rebleed the brakes after I have drove it for awhile? I've driven it about 3000 miles since the rebuild. Do they need bled again or do I need to take it to a mechanic???
