Thank you all for your informative response.
The product I used is the silver can.
It looks like nothing can help the engine on the longer run other then replacement or rebuilding.
I've learned my lesson. Always get extended warranty when buying a used car.
How bad is the problem if one cylinder leaks 46% and the remaining 3leak 20%? The compression on all cylinders is 150+ and the engine runs quietly (for now). Any idea when it may go to pieces emptying my savings account?

Just my .02... I used Restore in the silver can a few year ago in a '66 Mustang project car I was working on that needed rings (the problem with your car). The Restore added power and reduced oil smoke considerably. The downside is that I spun a bearing about 2 weeks later! Upon tearing down the engine I found the bearings, valves, lifters, oil pump, and oil tubes chocked full of solidified Restore! I warn everyone to stay away from any of these products... they normally do more harm than good! Also, ALWAYS buy an extended warranty!
Just my .02!

Reccomendation: If all cylinders are at 150+, get your oil changed IMMEDIATELY and try going to a heavier grade oil, such as 20W50 and run it as long as it will go!

I have to say one thing about Pro-long , I used to be a manager for the oil changing industry (jiffy lube etc..) for over 10 years ,in all my experience working with oil I saw one that really amazed me , that was Pro-long ,the guy came with a friction wheel , and a torque lever , we poured everything we had in there ,dura lube , Mobil 1 , and local oil additives , nothing worked ,everything made the wheel stop , then he put Pro-long on that the wheel and I hanged from the lever and it would not stop , he took the oil container out (the one that holds the oil for the wheel in place) and ran the wheel dry , to our surprise we couldn't stop the wheel unless I hanged all of my 200 pounds of weight on it .

I decided to give it a try and bought one , poured on my 85 rx7 gsl-se and drove 30 miles home on the expressway , the first thing I noticed is that the temp gauge went down 20% than normal and remained there , I got home touched the engine and it was warm to the touch , compared to burning hot from before .

I bought some more and poured on the transmission and the tranmission stoped grinding , I poured some on the differencial and it reduced the noise, one time a car came in knocking like a valve was stuck , we changed the oil with mobil 1 and nothing , we poured a bottle of pro long in there and bam after raving the engine for 2 minutes the noise went away , the guy cam back and bought the thing for all his cars .

My dad's tranmission was kicking on second gear on his chevy blazer ,he changed the tranny oil and filter and nothing , I poured pro long and after a week the transmission stoped kicking .

Another time my 95 altima's thermostat got stucked ,I wasn't paying attention and drove 30 miles with the thing stucked , when I noticed I tought for sure I had burst a hose or blown the engine , I pulled over ,touched the engine and it was a little hotter than usual and the overflow was shooting coolant out , I drove another 5 minutes , changed the thermostat the next day and the car was running fine .

I'm sorry for people that haven't had good results with it but I seen it work .
