Not to flame you, but chances are that he either wasn't ready at the light, or doesn't know how to launch his car, because he should have taken you off the line farely well(AWD). A stock WRX can cut 1.9 short times all day long, anywhere it wants to.

Agreed. WRX 0-60 is it's strong point with AWD. We do have the torque (Well, I do, 345 werd) but you cant burn that AWD rubber man!

xplikt - Some of us already have AWD! Looking for a few more ponies to make it more effective. I am following what Jonas has to say about NOX install on the 4.7 as a possibility. Hard to beat all power making it to the ground all the time!

Ah a blast from the past, thanks for reminding me of that day. Well millhouse, if you would have read the rest of the thread, you would have seen that I admitted the guy must have been sleeping. I also admitted I got a great launch, and since his turbo needs RPMs to spool, he couldn't cut my lead. This post was to celebrate a kill with my friends here, not to say a WRX is slower that a Dak. Just on this day it was.

With just a different uppie or the ones that are combined into the exhaust manifold, can bring full boost down to mid 2000s of RPM, it's nice.
