Subject: Mopar PCM for 4X4 5.9L QC

Since they do not supply the pcm for the 4X4 QC, what if you install the 4X2 PCM? Any negative effects to the engine, drive train?

Good question. I think it might be harmful since you have the 4X4, try getting one for a 4X4 reg cab or CC, should be ok.
I am debating on getting a stock one from a junkyard for my 4X2 CC to raise the speed limiter to 116. The 4X2 CC suffers from a longer driveshaft, so DCX does not make a Mopar PCM for the 4.7L CC models.
