I have a friend with a 5.9 durango with a K&N GenII intake, exhaust, and a jet stage chip..He wants to race me with my 4.7 RC 3.55 LSD with exhaust. Who would win? I have no idea are durango's even that fast? Oh by the way he wants to race for money.

Probably you. You weigh alot less than he
does. You should get an intake as well...just
to make it a little more to your advantage.

5.9 durango is a dog, way too heavy, dude
your RC 4.7 5 spd can compete with a RC
R/T, the durango has no chance(unless its
squeezed and juiced)

I have a 5.9 Durango 2wd throttle body,Accel Coil, autolites,JBA plugs,180 t-stat,3 inch exhaust..and I can beat a lightly modded 4.7 or 5.9 the reason I know this is I've raced them before, the only thing that beats me (and not by much) are highly modded trucks and cars! Don't judge a book by its cover!
