Took the truck to the Local Strip tonight.
Previous best was 15.3@88mph 2.317 60ft'er
Tonight's best pass was 14.9@89mph 2.101 60ft'er
The only change between these two passes were.....
The addition of Lakewood Traction Bars, and removed spare tire.
The truck is a 2000SLT 4.7 5-speed 3:92 L/S rear. The only performance mod is a "muffler"..
Before the truck could not get traction. Tonight it hooked like a MOFO!
Almost a .4 gain in everything after the 60FT!!!
These things cost 50 bucks at PepBoys.
Go get some, they are awesome.
