I've decided for forget all the small tricks and just install a cam for a good HP increase, no small R/T cam either or 1.7RR. Just two weeks ago I installed an M1. Why not go deeper this time and put a beefier stick with some new lifters and pushrods.

Has any tried KRC206 206/210-480/512 112 cam?

I've made this choice due to the increased price for 1.7RR and Valve Covers.

$120-160 just for Valve Covers! Required for 1.7 ratio
$500-600 for steel crower rr's. Anything less could be unsafe from what I hear if running 1.7 rr's plus I don't want aluminum. Now that's too much money for 10-20hp at the wheels.

$300+ for cam then extra cost for gaskets lifters and rods still is more cost effective than RR's. Yes it's more work, but if you want HP it's a good start.
