 Subject: Cold air Induction and exhaust

I have 1998 Dakota 3.9 V6. I am looking to install a different cold air induction & exhaust to improve HP, acceleration, performance, and sound. What is recommended?

(1) Intense Performance Stage-II 7" Bigmouth
(2) V8 Throttle Body Conversion (at minimum)
(3) JBA Headers
(4) Either an aftermarket muffler to replace the factory (restrictive) one...or...JBA, Gibson, Dynomax, Flowmaster cat-back exhaust system.
(You don't have to use #2 and #3, but it definitely helps.)
