 Subject: 8 3/4 rear in a 2wd Dak

I am an old school Mopar guy and have recently discoverd how much fun a little 3.9 Magnum can be in a 94 SB 2WD Dak. I have few 8 3/4 third members layin around with various ratios in them. I would like to get any advice I can from you gear heads about installing an 8 3/4 rear in a Dak. I have been told [how true Im not sure] that a B body rear has a wider track than a Dak's stock one and that the spring and shock mounts need relocating. I have also been told that an A body is a little narrower but the spring perches are in the same place as the stock Daks. Any help/advice you guys can give will be greatly apreciated.
Mods so far: Ported V8 TB, home made ram air, ground down the runners in the "Beer Barrel" intake [myself], Flowmaster 3" to 2-2.5" exiting to 1970 Cuda tips. I slammed it myself [the wrong way].
