I have a 99 R/T and I want to get some roller rockers but I've heard mixed reviews about what size to get. I am planning on supercharging it also if that would make a difference. I'm not sure if I want to get the 1.6 or the 1.7, because I've heard that it's not a good idea to get the 1.7's and a bigger cam. But that the 1.6 with a bigger cam is a good idea. So I'm not sure what to do.

Also anyone know the best tires I can get for my stock rims, traction wise? I'm living in cali so it's pretty dry most of the time, I can break loose the stock tires going 30mph, and off the line I have zero traction.

BCD: Stick with the 1.6:1 rollers and an aftermarket cam. You'll have to grind a little bit off of the guides (for higher RPM safety measures) to properly fit the 1.7:1 rollers. (Not a hard job...need a machine shop to do it though.)

On the tires, it's a very mixed bunch. Check out: http://www.dakotart.com for their input on who's running what.

Thanks

I'm also trying to decide on a cam for the 1.6's...Bernd if you have a choice would you choose Comp or Lunati cams?

If anyone has time could they check out the specs on the Lunati roller cam and see which one is the best....at www.Lunati.com its for an R/T also.

I'm going w/ Crower's 1.6 rockers.
